Brampton Manor Academy is one of the top performing academic sixth forms in the country. Offering outstanding A Level teaching, we have exceptionally high standards with an established tradition of academic achievement. Our fantastic reputation is supported by a stunning track record of success. The latest performance tables published by the Department for Education in 2024 confirm Brampton Manor delivered some of the best A Level results in the country, as we have done consistently since our Sixth Form opened in 2012. We have an unrivalled progression rate to the elite Russell Group of universities, including Oxbridge and medical school, which has placed us in the top few schools in the UK several years running. In 2024 alone we sent 56 students to Oxford and Cambridge, over 350 students have progressed to Oxbridge in the last 7 years, an achievement that captured the attention of the world’s media.

This level of success is a tribute to the commitment, dedication and hard work of our students and is underpinned by many elements, including exceptional teaching, a diverse programme of enrichment, envious facilities, a first-rate university preparation programme and an ethos and culture which supports and guides all our students in ensuring their time at Brampton is an amazing one.

As a Sixth Form we believe that there is no limit to what our students can achieve. In fact, we are constantly challenging our students to aim higher than they ever have before. We also want our students to enjoy their Sixth Form experience and provide plenty of social, sporting, artistic and recreational activities to help ensure a healthy work / life balance.

We are incredibly proud of what our outstanding students have achieved to date but, as a Sixth Form whose results and university progression has improved every year since we opened, are even more excited by what lies ahead.
