Brampton Manor Trust
Brampton Manor Trust is a multi-academy trust located in East Ham, London. The Trust was set up in January 2014 and currently comprises of two schools: Brampton Manor Academy and Langdon Academy. Our two schools provide high quality education to over 5000 students and occupy large expansive grounds. The resources to support learning in our schools is excellent and we are proud of the behaviour and achievement of our students.
Brampton Manor Academy: Brampton Manor is an 11-18 mixed school with nearly 3000 students on roll. The school became a converter academy on 1 April 2011 and continues to be rated as outstanding in all categories following an Ofsted inspection in February 2018. Its academic sixth form was opened in September 2012 and has quickly become one of the top state-funded sixth forms in England. Brampton Manor has a very strong reputation locally and nationally and is currently the most oversubscribed school in Newham.
Langdon Academy: Langdon Academy is a 4-16 mixed school with over 2000 students on roll. The school joined Brampton Manor Trust as a sponsored academy on 1 January 2014. Since then, Langdon Academy has developed rapidly and is now in the top 8% of schools in England for pupil progress from KS2 to KS4. Its primary phase opened in 2011 and the pupils who joined back then will be the first to take KS2 tests at the academy this summer. The academy has a strong reputation as a Sports College and has one of the biggest sporting grounds in the country. In addition to having a primary phase, Langdon Academy also has a specialist provision for autistic students.
